16 year old girl wanting to be skinny. 16. 5'3. My goal is not to be a stick, I just want to be able to fit into my size 4 shorts and jeans again and look good in a swim suit so I'm not embarrassed to show off my stomach and my belly ring.

I need to lose 20 pounds in 68 days…

So pretty much I’m starting over…

I know it is no excuse but the holidays got to me. The past 2 months especially have gotten to me. I don’t even want to know how much I’ve gained… I got back from my vacation yesterday night and am started back up today… It’s crunch time, if I don’t work REALLY hard every day from now until April there’s no way my body will be spring break ready.

SOOOOOOOOO, here’s today’s stats:

Breakfast: Reece’s puffs: 120 calories

Lunch: baked chips: 120 calories

Dinner: Rotisserie chicken: 190 calories

Snack: pop corn: 100 calories

Water: 8 servings

Workout:

No matter what I’m going to stick with it this time!

I need some motivation.

I haven’t wanted to do anything recently & haven’t been eating the best. Someone please motivate me! I need to get back on track!
